Baggy's updates

Baggy's appetite is back to normal again. Thankfully, she has been obediently taking her medicine every day...so far. I have to give her the Doxycycline for 21 days! In fact, the vet says the latest research says it should be taken for 30 days, but we can go with 21 days. But no less.

And today is only Day 3. Hopefully, she doesn't learn any tricks from Cow or Pole (about resisting during the pill-popping sessions).

Before I forget, I thought I should share this. For FIP or suspected FIP cases, my vet advised not to give Vetri DMG because it is an immune booster and for FIP, it's the immune system that kills the animal. So, Vetri DMG is good for all other illnesses except FIP.

I asked if I should "pump" Baggy with AD for a few more days and the vet said it's not advisable. It's much better to let her go back to her normal diet and let the body make back the blood gradually. All things in moderation and all things in good time seem to be the order of the day.

Meanwhile, here are some photos taken this evening.

 Baggy on her favourite shelf.

 Any pink nose yet?

 The rest of the gang...

Keeping Mr G company, of course.

 While others are fast asleep...

 Like so...

And others search for new adventures...

What's that up there, Tabs?

Does the vet has any idea what is the problem?

Probably a blood parasite caused it. But FIP has not been ruled out yet.
