Days of our Lives - the PatioCats "soap opera"!

mini-P5280967

The good thing about living here, amongst other things, is that you will be awaken by the happy chirping of birds every morning.

mini-P5280968

They signal breakfast time...for the cats!

Breakfast was as usual today, except that Rosie wasn't here.

Rosie has this habit of hanging out with her friends at the pavilion (maybe they do one round of line dancing before breakfast?).

mini-P5280965

But Willy was here this morning!

Hi Willy!!  Long time...!

mini-P5280969

Ginger always hangs out at the Stargate after breakfast. He is STILL trying to be friends with Bunny & Gang.

I go out to look for Rosie...

mini-P5280971

Here's our pretty lady...taking her own sweet time in coming back.

mini-P5280972

Rosie is very choosy with food. She only eats certain flavours of Monge, not all.

mini-P5280973

Oops, Timmy, you got to go back into the cage. Sorry boy, you are still snatching food and you cannot afford to put on anymore weight!

mini-P5280974

Rosie seems to be scared of something or someone, so I let her eat inside.

mini-P5280975

Oh, this explains it!

It was Mr Zurik who was intimidating Rosie from atop the table.

mini-P5280976

It's cat flu season everywhere now, so everyone gets Vetri DMG.

Prevention is always better than cure.

mini-P5280980

Indy is itching to come out.

mini-P5280981

You see why?

mini-P5280982

The little lady is still eating her breakfast...

mini-P5280983

Willy is done and sitting at the Canopy Cafe.

mini-P5280984

It's been a long time since you last visited, Willy!

mini-P5280986 mini-P5280987

Indy, don't you ever get bored doing this?

mini-P5280989

Remember these, Indy?

mini-P5280990

I pleaded temporary insanity, didn't I?

Later...

mini-20140528_093435

Indy is going completely insane, but Ginger is just sitting nonchalantly and innocently looking at Indy.

mini-20140528_093442

Indy sticks his arm out to try and scratch Ginger and rolls around in anger.

So, we scoop Ginger away...no point in antagonising Indy. He might bite me again!

mini-20140528_093630

By the way, Ginger's wounds have completely healed.

mini-20140528_093644

All gone now.

By evening, it's dinner time...

I spotted Willy at the playground. He was too scared to come over, so I went over instead.

mini-P5280991 mini-P5280993

Keeping a close watch to ensure Mr Zurik and Vincent do not come over.

mini-P5280994 mini-P5280995

Heidi is coming...

mini-P5280996

Timmy is chilling out at the basketball court.

mini-P5280997

Vincent is here already...I have to keep him at bay so that Willy can at least finish his food.

mini-P5280998

Happy Days? From Mr Zurik??

mini-P5280999

It's nice to see Mr Zurik relaxing for a change.

mini-P5281000

I spotted this cat at the gate of another house.

I think he belongs to someone.

mini-P5281001

I didn't have an extra bowl, so I just went over and gave him some food.

mini-P5281002

Heidi comes...

mini-P5281003

Timmy is still at his homeground.

mini-P5281018

Willy chills out by himself.

mini-P5281019

Heidi comes home after observing the neighbour-cat eat.

mini-P5281021

Mr Zurik looks. He's at another gate now. His route is up the road while Vincent and Heidi's are down the road. They have their respective territories.

mini-P5281022

Willy looks.

mini-P5281023

This is Rosie's after-dinner pose.

No line dancing after eating.

mini-P5281024 mini-P5281025

Everyone shares the cage and the red litter box (as a comfy bed).

mini-P5281027

I'm safe here.

mini-P5281028

And this is a day in our lives as the PatioCats!

No gossip, no politics...just plain, simple living life to the fullest!

The birds are magpie robins. At FRIM they can be heard singing as early as 5+ a.m. :)
