This is clearly a case of OCD, isn't it?
Indy was staring at the "Corner of the Great Escape" all night.

At around 11pm, he finally got some rest, but only in this basket, facing the "Corner of the Great Escape".

Cow was blissfully unaware of the goings-on outside.

Pole/Dory thought "someone" was chasing her again and created quite a scene.
By 1am, I decided to bring Indy into the room and lock the window so that he would be confined in the room for the night.

I carried Indy-in-the-basket in.

He was not happy at all.

And tried to get out of the room.

He scratched at the window.
Oh boy, it's going to be a long night...I figured I might as well sleep with them tonight.

Tiger and Tabs were okay being confined.
Since Cow as on the bench, I had to sleep on the floor.
Who would dare move "The Cow"?

Pole was up on the shelf.

Yawn!!
Everyone had more or less settled in after half an hour of being confined. Bunny was still outside sleeping on his rattan trunk, which is his bed every night. I didn't want to wake him up. Confining 7 cats inside the room is asking for trouble as Bunny might act up and start attacking the tabbies.

Settled, but not asleep.

Bliss and peace, and zzz...
By 2.30am, Bunny came to the window and wondered why he had been locked out.

So I opened the door to let him in.

Yay...Bunny's in.
But now the rest went out, so happy that they could go out! They should not have to be confined just because Indy had been naughty.

Finally my husband said to put Indy in the condo for whatever that's left of the night (or morning, if you prefer).
It's 3.17am now. Another 3 more hours until dawn breaks...
Tomorrow, we shall settle the shelves and think of what to do next to curb the escapades of...
...the Spider-Cat!!
