Yes, that's Willy the Brave over by the water bowl.
He seems to be eating faster too.
I don't think "eat" is in Timmy and Mr Zurik's vocabulary. It's "swallow" or "gorge".
Rosie finishes her meal and walks off.
Vincent is also done, and I quickly pacify and distract him.

Before you know it, Vincent hunches his back and Willy bolts.
He is at his safe spot and waits to see what happens.
Mr Zurik to Vincent: пусть идет. мы едим брат!!

LOL, so cute~ Why the cat in the cage?
Timmy Two Bowls snatches everyone's food, so he has to eat in the cage. After his meal and after all his friends have finished, he is let out.
