The vet says it looks good and there is no more pus!
Yay!! Looks like it has healed.
I brought Baggy as well to see if anything could be further done for the hair loss on the back of her neck. The vet says it is most probably flea allergy dermatitis. Fleas - they are so tiny yet ever so resilient so we can never really get rid of them completely, we can only control the damage that they do. Sometimes, the problem will take care of itself...with time.
Back home, Cow proudly shows off his healed wound. It is yellow because the vet applied some iodine onto it.
Cleo...that's the wrong toe. It's the front one.
I also brought his evening dose of antibiotics which he took without any fuss at all when given by the vet. That saved me from getting another puncture wound. One more pill tomorrow and I'm home free!
Yes, the wound has healed!
I could almost hear Cow say, "I told you so, I told you I didn't need all that stuff you've been applying and spraying onto it. If only you had listened..."
I hope Baggy will somehow grow out of the allergy. Sometimes a change of diet might help too.

If someone call me COW juse because I have the colour combinations of the Dutch Cow, I would be real mad as well! Without a doublt!
In fact, if someone NAMED me COW without asking me opinion, and call me COW day-in-and-out .....
