This is a double-layered cotton patchwork without padding in between.
It measures 49 inches by 74 inches.
Rosie chose the cloth.
Ginger supervised the sewing, as always.
So I took out all the blue cloth we had and matched them up.
Patchwork is all about using remnant cloth, matching and mathematics!
We're almost done....one more border to go.
And the top goes to my mum's house for the backing...
Backing done in matching blue.
The backing is actually the hardest part of the sewing.
For a donation of RM150, you get to help a street dog's neutering or a cat's plus two vaccinations. Neutering and vaccination save lives! In return, you get a homesewn blanket from us, sewn with lots of love, quality assured by the PatioCats!
Happy Bidding and thank you very much for your kind support!
