This morning, we took him to the vet for a check-up. Being Saturday, it was really very crowded.
The vet checked and said everything looks good on the outside. It's been 18 days after the surgery, so the stitch is bound to become a little loose.
Just 3 more days to go.... The vet said he could already remove the stitches, but he'd rather wait until Tuesday to complete the full 21 days.
So, we shall wait....
I do believe that I'm more anxious and nervous than Cow is.
Cats are so calm and resilient. I'm a total nervous wreck already.
Counting the days and the hours. 2 1/2 more days to go now....
Why doesn't time fly when we want it to?

Being a furkid mom I understand your worries, I told was worried for my Amber spay wound stitches came out and was infected with pus. I couldn't sleep much because I keep waking up to check on her.
All I could was pray till the 3 check up that the doctor would say she is all ok. I am doing the same daily as I pray I also pray for cow that he would recover with a clean bill.
